I am always afraid of having stale or wrong links in my README files. Added https://github.com/tcort/markdown-link-check to validate links

Also a good demo for cypress-io/cypress#6420

* validate urls in Markdown files

* only run npm publish job on master branch

* simpler find command

* move branches to workflow section

* for the right job
