Exclude the merged commits from the log (don't know maybe feature)

Description

I rebased my branches in each other and this made some commits be duplicated in the git tree, and when I run
the commits in the CHANGLOG.MD come duplicated

Desired behavior

a way to configure the changelog generate to exclude the merge commits
