Version of @angular/compiler-cli needs to be 2.3.1 or greater. Current version is "undefined".

Hi Shubham,
While running command "npm start" i got this error:
**The angular/compiler-cli package was not properly installed. Error: TypeError: Cannot read property 'Private' of undefined**
but i am sure the my angular cli version is: **3.10.10** ( **When i run " npm @angular/cli -v" its gives 3.10.10** )


Can you please suggest me what to do ?
