Conflict between readme and license?

The readme says:

NOTE : This tool is to be used strictly for educational purposes.

But the LICENSE file says (emphasis mine):

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy
of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal
in the Software without restriction [...]

I'm confused, doesn't the note in the readme thereby conflict with what's in the LICENSE?
