Goal of this rework is to not modify HAL/CMSIS fw and align all source code to the same STM32CubeF4 version.
Based on stm32duino work.
"system/" folder contains official STM32CubeF4 (v1.14.0) fw source code (same hierarchy).
This will ease update if required.
