Shebangs with bash switches apparently ignored

Since I cannot get the server to work because of #301, I don't know for sure, but in the deluge of messages there are

Skipping file file:///home/kkm/work/ikke/ext/grpc/tools/distrib/buildifier_format_code_strict.sh with shebang "/bin/bash ex"
Skipping file file:///home/kkm/work/ikke/ext/grpc/third_party/protobuf/src/google/protobuf/io/gzip_stream_unittest.sh with shebang "/bin/sh x"
Skipping file file:///home/kkm/work/ikke/ext/kaldi/egs/ami/s5b/run_prepare_shared.sh with shebang "/bin/bash u"

The - switch character is missing from the the messages, but is in fact there. These scripts work just fine, and I do not see a reason to exclude them.

Thanks for reporting this. It has been fixed in version 3.2.1 (not released to the vscode extension yet).
