Docs: add key prefix customization section in Idempotency docs

What were you searching in the docs?

In #3532 we added a new feature that allows customers to set a custom key prefix for the idempotency records generated by the Idempotency utility.

Is this related to an existing documentation section?

We should add a dedicated section in the docs that explains the feature.
