Docs: clarify Middy version & usage

What were you searching in the docs?

When looking at the docs, and evaluating Middy, it's not clear that Powertools supports only Middy v3.x. This can cause confusion for those customers.

Is this related to an existing documentation section?

How can we improve?

Generally speaking, Middy v4.x should work as intended when using Powertools on Lambda functions with runtime Node.js 16 and 18 however, since we are not explicitly testing that version we should recommend our customers reading the docs to use the appropriate version.
