The proposed change of moving the URL from one line to another serves no purpose so this pull request is declined as invalid.

I guess you are trying to accomplish something here other than wasting my time. It is time for you to pull yourself together and start acting in a responsible manner. If you can't do that then you will be permanently banned from interacting with Arduino's repositories and your library will be removed from Library Manager.
