Stale links

It seems that multiple links are stale. e.g. https://www.arduino.cc/en/Reference/SPI and https://www.arduino.cc/en/Reference/APIStyleGuide

• Stale SPI links are fixed (previously permission denied) by fix broken link to SPI Library reference #2335
• Stale AnalogWrite are forwarded to https://docs.arduino.cc/language-reference/en/functions/analog-io/analogwrite/ which shows permission denied
• https://www.arduino.cc/en/Reference/ParseInt -> https://docs.arduino.cc/language-reference/en/functions/communication/serial/parseint/ -> permission denied
• there might be more ...

I am not sure if the links should be updated or the redirects fixed.
