[UX] It should be easier to open the sketch control from the toolbar

Well, users have to aim really good to open the context menu from the sketch control. See the screencast. It does not open unless one clicks into the middle of the toolbar. 😕

Anyway I have noticed the arrow button issue a couple times but always forgot to report
