Incorrect formatting of debugger support warning

Describe the bug
The message Debug - Debugging is not supported by …. is not readable when the window is not large.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Attach a board that doesn't support debugging.
2. Make the window narrow.
3. Hover mouse pointer over the debug icon on the toolbar.
4. See error

Expected behavior
Be able to read the warning.
