Context tips impossible to read because of text & background colours combination

Describe the request

As you can* see in this example, I have typed "String". You can tell I've typed String because of the text editor, but the context hints/tips are impossible to read because the text has almost the same colour as the background.

I see we have another report about this at #2279.
