Apparently testing in a PR is not possible becase umbynos/close-stale-issues is not the default branch (not mentioned by the docs) To test it's behaviour I forked the repo and changed the defualt branch in the fork: These are the results in my fork (days-before-stale: 1 and days-before-close: 1 are for testing purposes only).
