`arduino-cli sketch new XXX` command should create project at current folder, not `~/Arduino`

Would the logic of "current folder" extend to the other commands as well? It seems "compile" does, I haven't checked the other commands yet. "sketch new" creates a subdirectory for the project as well as a sketch file, would that behaviour be retained?
