Jump list of past open files not coming up in Windows 10

If I right click on the icon on the tool bar of Windows 10 (64-bit) the jump list for previously opened files isn't coming up. Is this normal or a bug?

Funny, it works when I do it in Win 10 (with IDE 1.6.7). Have you checked it on some other machines?

I only have 1 machine and I just did an upgrade to reinstall the files in Windows 10. Are you using Windows 10?
