Library Manager: Type and Topic selections are reset after installing a library

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Libraries Manager
2. Change options under “Type” and “Topic” from “All” to any other option
3. Try to install something

Bug:
Type and Topic are reverted back to "All"

Expected:
Type and Topic should stay unchanged
