Nina FW required version

Nina FW version is required to be of version 3.0.0 or higher, since the preferences api have been introduced on that upcoming release.
At the time of writing this issue, the nina fw release status is pre-release, thus the binaries are not publicly available and need to be manually uploaded to the board. The released binaries can be found here

Then they can be uploaded through arduino-fwuploader as follow:

arduino-fwuploader firmware flash -b arduino:mbed_nano:nanorp2040connect -i BINARY -a SERIAL_PORT
