Shouldn't we keep LTS and current only?

IIRC, Node 4 is still supported, but why not (in another PR?)

it's eol https://medium.com/the-node-js-collection/april-2018-release-updates-from-the-node-js-project-71687e1f7742 but 9.x isn't longer maintained for example so there's no need to test with it if we have 10.
