Removes the APIs that were marked as deprecated for v10. BREAKING CHANGES: * `MatSlideToggleDefaultOptions.disableDragValue` has been removed. * `MatSlideToggle.dragChange` has been removed. * The `_ngZone` and `_dir` parameters have been removed from the `MatSlideToggle` constructor.
