Since we're running the development apps with Ivy we no longer need to specify entryComponents.

LGTM (once universal test failure is resolved).

@crisbeto can you also remove entryComponents from the example-module generated file? We don't need it in the docs app anymore.

Since we're running the development apps with Ivy we no longer need to specify `entryComponents`.
