Steps to reproduce:
yarn test core/schematics or yarn test material/schematics

Expected Behavior

Schematics tests should be run

Actual Behavior

Could not find test target for specified component: core/schematics. Looked in packages: material, cdk, material-experimental, cdk-experimental

Environment

• Angular: 9.1.0
• CDK/Material: 9.2.1
• Browser(s): -
• Operating System (e.g. Windows, macOS, Ubuntu): any
