fr(paginator): allow to specify panelClass attribute for page size selector

Feature Description

Add an property to the paginator to specify the panelClass attribute of the internal page size select.

Use Case

This will allow to apply style to the overlay panel and/or options in the select while not leaking the style to other selects.
