cdkTextareaAutosize scroll bug

Reproduction

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox
2. https://angular-nz8vhv.stackblitz.io/

Expected Behavior

scroll should move properly

Actual Behavior

scroll is not moving properly (Only Firefox)

Environment

• Angular: 9.0.0-rc.10
• CDK/Material: 9.0.0-rc.8
• Browser(s): Firefox 72
• Operating System (e.g. Windows, macOS, Ubuntu): Windows 10

On Input offset height assigned again so thats why this is happening.
Does anyone know how to stop this or any sther solution ?
