I'm sorry, but I wasn't able to verify your Contributor License Agreement (CLA) signature. CLA signature is required for any code contributions to AngularJS.

The problem is that "Universal Windows App" is just an extremely generic name (not much of a brand name even) so I think this is kind of confusing. "Windows Store App" or something might be more recognizable.

It is the name for apps that can target multiple device types (PC, phone). It is the name, and is branded accordingly. http://blogs.windows.com/buildingapps/2014/07/24/introduction-to-universal-windows-apps-in-windows-8-1-and-windows-phone-8-1/
