Adds an example of escaping to the code section of the document. I wrote |format:"MMM dd, yyyy at h:mma" -- I didn't find why it didn't work in the docs, but on a blog post because I was looking for "how to escape"

How does this make it easier to find in the docs? I think the extra test is good though --- edit oh, I see

Also changes the wording to include the word "escaped" and "escape", which may help users find the
information they're looking for via searching. (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧

It makes it easier to find in the docs because the docs currently don't contain the word 'escape'. Thanks for accepting my pull request, if in a round-about way : )
