Array.filter function should get the index as well as the value

It's based on mailing list request and I think it might be useful and should be trivial to implement....

Let's say you want to filter even/odd items...

Just a reference to native implementation of array.filter, which pass index as a second argument :-D

+1, I've recently come across a similar need to expose the index of the element in the array as an argument. Any chance this can be added?
