upgrade: sweep ngUpgrade code samples, replacing "ng-x" with proper names

Many files with "1-2-" and "2-1-". These should be renamed "ajs-a-" and "a-ajs-" respectively.

Every ".ng1" ->". ajs"

For every ".ng2.ts", drop it altogether if that makes sense or replace with ".a.ts" if necessary to preserve contrast.
