When defaultCategory is warning, the info in the terminal is shown correctly

If defaultCategory is set to error, the info for static text attributes is shown incorrectly:

Not familiar enough with the compiler / extended diagnostics infrastructure to know if it is our compiler infrastructure bug or a TS bug. Maybe @JoostK would know more?

I did look into this a while ago, but I suspected this might be a Stackblitz issue. So I'll have to try to repro outside of SB to see if it reproduces there as well.

So, the bug happened in local environment.

I provided the stackblitz in order to showcase the issue as a reproduction.

Transferring to the CLI repo as this does only reproduce using the CLI, not ngc.

To be even more precise, this does not reproduce using the experimental browser-esbuild builder, only with the browser builder.
