ui-sortable should support the create event

Yes, it's mentioned in #110 that all events are passed to .sortable(), but using the create event doesn't work. Not in my application and not in the ui-sortable featured codepen-example here

Actually, by the time your options are passed to jquery-ui-sortable, the widget has already been initialized.

I have found the required changes but it will require an extra $eval at link time (since we are waiting for $watch to pass all the options). Can you provide a use case that this is absolutely required?

#194 is my first attempt on this issue.
Still no tests.

This is absolutely required, if you want to initialize e.g. selectize within a sortable element.
Obviously, you can only apply selectize on an already created element so I need to initialize it when the sortable list has been created.

You should create a directive for this.
I never had a race condition using the above pattern.
Anyway I will try merging it.

I'm afraid it still doesn't work on my side. Though I agree with your code change and e2e test it just doesn't fire create when created. really strange :-/

I wrapped my selectize-code with $timeout and it works. Horrible hack, but it works and I don't have time to make it well formed :( schedule schedule schedule

Really strange... The pen seems to work now though.
Moreover, you can stiil listen for the event on the DOM element.
