undefined is not a function at link - Angular 1.2.14

Hi

I have to use angular 1.2.14 and I have problem with "undefined is not a function at link". Here is plnkr example:

I looked for solution and I found this:

but I don't know how to use this in my case. I removed theme attribute, but I still not working.
