Inheritance from parent states

Would the example work? Also can you elaborate/share any nuances of what is and isn't Inherited as well as any caveats you may know if?

I'd like to flesh out this section to reduce confusion but I'm not well informed on the matter.

I guess as it stands the text isn't quite correct. A view's scope inherits from the scopes of it's containing views, so as long as views are nested in the same way as the states. There isn't any explicit inheritance that $state sets up at this point.

Resolve inheritance is meant to work but currently doesn't (#73).
