Bootstrap 2.x demo and last build

So it is great to see that this has been updated to Bootstrap 3.0. I am not sure which version was the last to support bootstrap 2.x and where the documentation for that is. Could you add some comments on the about or put a link to 2.x documentation as I have a few sites that are 3.0 and some that are 2.x that I need older builds for.

0.8.0 is the last version that supports BS 2.3.x
0.9.0 is the first version that supports BS 3.0.x

From now on all the future versions (0.10, 0.11 etc.) will be supporting BS3 only. But we are probably going to release few maintenance releases of 0.8.0 as well.
