@nekuneko thank you very much for your effort and patient. I have rework the TinyUSB, it iis now a standalone library no more Core + Library which requires 2 PRs for everything. I have rebase and bump up your branch, push update and tested the new example. The gamepad work great. If you have some time please pull out and test again. TInyUSB v.1.0.x will require at least SAMD 1.7.0 , nRF52 0.22.0 or RP2040 1.5.0
