Description
Initial versions of building blocks for inbound message and delivery receipt for Messages API.
Testing
Can be tested locally (via Ngrok for webhooks) using a mobile (or Facebook) to send a message to the Nexmo number/app (or Facebook page). The inbound message and delivery webhooks must be set for that number/app (or Facebook page must be linked to Nexmo).
