After Rider C# plugin merge
Run IDEwas renamed toRun IDEAto distinguish fromRun Rider. It broke debug run configuration as they still refenrencedRun IDErun configuration which was absent.This PR fixes all debug run configurations for them to reference correct
Run IDEA.
