Changes related to Wiki updates.
All the docs related to contributing should be located in /docs.
All the user-related docs should be located in Wiki.
What has been changed:

deleted from Root (now located only at Wiki user guide: Check system requirements)

moved to

docs/contributing(to be deleted from Wiki)
