Weird formatting in code summaries

Description

Code summaries that UTBot generates contain some weird whitespaces and tabs (\r\n...).

To Reproduce

Generate tests for any method.

Expected behavior

Pretty-formatted code summaries.

Actual behavior
Lots of \r\n inside the summaries.

Environment

Java 11

Currently, we surround our summaries with the <pre> tag and it leads to some shifts in the rendered docs.
This tag is supposed to surround multiline code snippets, but we surround the whole summary with it including text.
I suggest to get rid of <pre> in our summaries to make to make them nice.
