Duplicates in SARIF report

Description

After N test generations (using IDEA plugin) we have N duplicates of one error in the merged SARIF report.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run test generation using IDEA plugin twice
2. Open the merged SARIF report
3. Find duplicates

Expected behavior

No duplicates

Actual behavior

N duplicates after N test generations.
