Empty tooltips are shown on Java plugin popup

Description

There is an empty tooltip shown for almost every field on popup.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a project in IDEA with installed plugin
2. Initiate test generation
3. Popup for test generation is opened

Expected behavior

There should be one tooltip displayed for each field

Actual behavior

There is an empty tooltip shown for every field except "Timeout for class".
