PythonDialogWindow init throws access denied exception for JDK

Description

UTBot throws exception from PythonDialogWindow when trying to open action dialog for a sample in utbot-python module.
Cannot run program "D:/Programs/Amazon Corretto/jdk17.0.6_10": CreateProcess error=5, Access is denied

To Reproduce

1. Install UnitTestBot plugin built for IU/IC from main in IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate 2023.2
2. Open utbot project
3. Turn Experimental languages support on in Settings -> Tools
4. Open utbot-python module in Project view
5. Right-click on a PY-file and select Generate Tests for UnitTestBot...

Expected behavior

UTBot action dialog for python is expected to be successfully opened.

Actual behavior

IOException that JDK-17 cannot be run is thrown down into IDEA.
Action dialog is not shown.
