Try to build ultimate plugin version on each pr event

Try to build (without publishing) ultimate version of plugin

**Expected behavior**

Plugin build will be run on pull request

**Environment**

Run workflow from the branch

**Potential alternatives**

Not applicable

**Context**

Now a version of plugin is hardcoded into `gradle.properties`. Rewrite this parameter inside workflow using matrix
