Go Project SDK should be detected automatically

Description

Project SDK defined in IDE should be automatically used for UnitTestBot Go-tests generation.

Expected behavior

If Project SDK is defined - it should be automatically used for UnitTestBot Go-tests generation.
If Project SDK is not defined - there should be notification on UnitTestBot dialog "GOROOT is not defined. Please select" and link to Settings->GOROOT.
Project SDK should not be displayed on UnitTestBot action dialog for Go-files.
