Dedicated test root for auto-generated tests should be provided

**Description**

Existing test root may contain hand-written tests and it's may be very annoying and confusing to mix them together with auto-generated tests.

**Expected behavior**

We may suggest optional auto-creation of dedicated test roots creation (_utbot-tests_) for our tests.
