Description

Send nightly builds statistics to our monitoring service and create Grafana dashboard

Expected behavior

We need to observe history data using Grafana dashboard

Context

Metrics will be sent one per 24h so we can't use Prometheus as is (because of stale metrics). Another options could be using pushgateway instance without metrics cleanup (pushgateway keeps metrics that no longer receive with latest value; it's default behaviour)
