Description

Send workers logs to ELK

Expected behavior

Logs are sent to ELK. Users can observe worker logs in real time.
Important note: we are not going to send workflow run logs (logs that you see in a browser) to elk yet

Environment

Potential alternatives

We will evaluate logs observing and will decide if it could be used or we should remove this feature. Anyway the next step would be sending workflow run logs to ELK because you can't see job logs history while job is in running state
