Add timestamp parameter to url cause error on azure blob storage

I got error
**403 (Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature.)**
when using this package with azure blob storage. the URL generate from SAS (Shared Access Signature) will not accept another query like `timestamp` of this package append on.
