Fitting of raw scan data not implemented yet
new function for bck selection for spectra files,
ssingle spectrum and scan data separated into different tabs
chagne fit region selection (now using spinbox), add scalebar, cleanup code, check for raw scan settings before plotting fit data
also comment out run() function
