[harrison_kreps] Markdown table isn't formatting correctly

In this lecture https://python.quantecon.org/harrison_kreps.html,
if you look at the Summary Table in the section with that name, the labels of the columns $s_t, 0, 1$ are misaligned with the information below them: the column labels should be shifted to the right.

Can someone on our team fix this? No rush, but I wanted to flag it.
