Refactoring that fixes class names to be PSR-0 #16

Description
Instead of adding a refactoring that explicitly moves classes and namespaces, why not just fix the namespaces and class names based on PSR-0 by pointing a refactoring command to a source location?
This way you can use linux tools to move files, then fix the namespacing.
